False Promises
Sorry Sam does not tell you the truth or the whole story. The program costs close to $2,000 to start, and the false promises are many.
If you are a tech wiz, if you want to spend at least another $5,000 in initial costs, if you are a sales and video professional, and if you want to run afoul of the IRS, then join the fools that fall for the false promises. If you want the real truth contact me at schnitz66@***.com.
The support staff is terrible in time and actual response. The program sadly will take a lot of time to digest, but if you do not finish the first four courses or go past thirty days you will be stonewalled and no refund.

Sam Ovens Enterprises - Very BAD customer service!!! No refund after submitting my work despite their policy of refunding you – THEY JUST IGNORE YOU!!!
I have been chasing Sam Ovens for the past 10 days regarding an answer on my refund request and I did not receive any answer. The customer service has been very bad so far, I am genuinely not interested in the course now that I saw it and I would like to avoid any yelling or bad behaviour but my case needs to be processed and it needs to be processed quickly.
- The 2nd of January 2017 I signed up for the programme (see image1). I started the programme immediately, I followed instructions, I filled the form, I thought through my ideas, skills and potential niches but after a while I realised that the programme was not what I was looking for. - The 17th of January 2017 I decided to ask for refund (see image2 - Ticket #30607). A nice girl named Katie from customer service answered me immediately citing the terms and conditions and telling me that if I would have submitted my work she would have process the refund personally (see image6).
- The 18th of January 2017 (the day after!) I submitted a scan of my work (see image3). No answer arrived!! Very surprisingly seen the speed of the previous reply (is it because, now that I have got the work there, they do not want to pay me back even if I have the right to get it!?) - The 19th of January I submitted a new ticket explaining my situation and copy-pasting the conversation I had with Katie. No answer again!!!
(see image4 - Ticket #31717) - The 24th of January I submitted another ticket explaining my situation again, guess what... no answer!!! (see image5 - Ticket #32090) Please get in touch with me ASAP!!!
PS. I will submit a new ticket so that you know I submitted this review.

Over half a month, no response to a refund request -- to those researching Sam Ovens, you'll want to read this.
Summary: On December 22nd, 2016, I had stumbled upon Sam Ovens' Consulting Accelerator rather misinformative webinar. I had purchased the product, and a few hours later -- due to an urgent family matter -- I requested a refund, but to no avail.
No response for 8 days. With extreme forgiveness, I followed up with another E-mail, providing my phone number twice; another 8 days go by and no response. Due to this unnecessary experience, despite my patience, I'm filing a complaint to the BBB. Before I go on, let me say who this program is NOT going to go very well for, despite what you'll be told: 1.
People who are not Digital Marketers or Web Designers. Though it CAN be applicable in other areas of expertise, Sam Ovens specializes in Digital Marketing, and therefore you have a program on Consulting crafted by an individual specialized in Digital Marketing, who's going to base what they present off of what they do (Digital Marketing)! 2. People with "Burning Boat" (or 'do or die/all or nothing') syndrome.
Don't go into this if $2,000 is all you have, or it WILL impede your progress required to go through with the program. PLEASE have some financial comfort and research exactly what you're getting for your investments. If you don't act fast, you're not getting your money back. 3.
If your knowledge, advisory & support doesn't provide the returns equal to, or worth more than $2,000 dollars. Proceeding... In the 16 days I've completed the worksheets, as well as reached out to folks in the FB group, my issue has received 0 acknowledgement. I've kept matters private in the group, as *you cannot publicly address anything that may be perceived as negativity, or any form of complaining*.
This leaves people with urgent issues isolated! You are instead asked to keep these matters to a mostly inattentive support E-mail, which is virtually your ONLY means to truly communicating with another human being... ... unless the program is working out for you.
Then you just get the help you need on the Facebook group, since you have nothing to complain about. By this point, if you're still reading, you might be asking yourself: "Why all this trouble for a refund?? Why all the negative reviews" Why it's simple! Refer to the 3 images I've uploaded to accompany the review.
Now, if you've purchased the program already and have finished at least Week 2, you've read Sam Ovens' sales script (great script). In the sales script video, he addresses multiple times just how powerful it is... ... and he's right.
It's extremely powerful... and he wrote it... and he applied the techniques on YOU before you purchased his product. Hey!
Don't hate the player, hate the game, right? It's completely fine, because he shows you how to do it too! To effectively use what is essentially NLP (or Neuro Linguistic Programming) -- to invoke 'self-inflicted pain' within your prospect, making them feel like they can't do it without your help & ultimately minimize objections and close deals. Not so bad...
IF we assume you can get your client the returns! Let that be a warning to all interested in his product. This program is about getting clients, and closing deals with those clients. If you bought the program, he got you and he closed you as well.
He played with your emotions. As long as you're informed before buying, no harm done! But let the reviews here tell you what results of the practice with a lack of transparency. I'm not judging, as this program has its' value!
However, it misses a component which all the best salesmen have, that WITH solving problems, keeps you coming back and builds legacy... #1: Truly giving a *** about every single person that eyes you or your business, ESPECIALLY those you close. You don't TRULY learn this from the product. It's the most important thing next to the services you provide to your customers, if not MORE important than!
It's your name tied to your product or what you do, what people think of you when they see you or hear your name, and HOW LONG that image or impression sticks throughout your career and your customers' lives. The context of this program (not Sam's words) paints the client or customer as a 'specimen', not so much as an individual who not only has certain business needs and desires, but the hunger, thirst, sensitivity; need to cry & be held, that we all have in common from the day we're born to the end of our lives -- the humanity and integrity of business. I suggest listening to these clips from his webinar, & ask yourself if Sam Ovens lacks this vital component: Sam offering $100 with the refund, a $100 which reviews have yet to report obtaining in their refunds: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B00v2mjp6pMwVk8tb3NDT2E2UHc Sam pressuring the listener to buy at $2,000, based on what he claims is a $4,000-off limited time deal; this program, as far as I know, was NEVER $6,000, nor has it changed from $2,000: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B00v2mjp6pMwUlBpYWdFMGE0RW8 "... well, If you want it at this price ($2,000), you really have to make up your mind right now..." "...
In the next hour, this program is gonna be gone, and once these 100 seats sell out, this program is back to $6,000 dollars." My suggestions to improve the course: 1. $2,000 may be a mere number to you, but don't forget where you came from! Think about what this $2,000 means to each and every customer! To some people (myself included), $2,000 is almost all they have, if not everything.
Assume that with every customer, and *** honor that. 2. The policies regarding the refund -- it is INSANE how unclear it is to people before they buy it. To say it's not up-to-date is a bad excuse.
Fix it, make it more clear; less negative feedback. This course is not for everybody! Be clear on that too! If it was, people wouldn't be requesting refunds...
3. Hire more support engineers. ????
If those improvements aren't made, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, unless you're already making tons of money. I hope this review was of value to both Sam Ovens & associates, as well as potential buyers.

Resolved: Ovens Enterprises Customer Care Review
I received a refund in full - thank you. The line below from the company that I contacted them during the Christmas holiday is misleading since they refunded my on January 1, 2017 (a Sunday and new years day).
So, clearly this review is the reason I received a refund. Their staff was working throughout the holiday and was posting comments on the private Facebook community group every single day since I submitted my refeund request on 12/23/16/. I even sent them private messages on FB which I could see they read and still they couldn't simply reply to my email during the week of 12/26/16 (when they were open for business) and say, "hey, we got your email and will reply on January 2nd." I am glad this site exists.
I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the California State Attorney General's Office. If you run a business, be professional and follow up with customers within 72 hours or else don't be surprised when customers file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
The course is not for me. I tried it.
I could tell after starting the second week of material that the course was not a good fit for me. That's the first time I tried to get a refund per the 30 day money back guarantee. I was told I had to complete 3 week’s worth of homework (which was not stated in any materials I received from them in writing). Nonetheless, I submitted the completed work for weeks 1, 2 and 3 on December 23rd well within the 30 day money back guarantee time period.
I acknowledged the holiday and asked when they could process the refund in my 12/23/16 email. It is now December 30th and they still have not responded to my 12/23/16 email or my follow-up 12/27 and 12/29 emails. I made a phone call as well on 12/23/16 and it was not returned. By the way, I had to call my credit card company to ask for their phone number since they do not provide one.
I am simply asking them to let me know when they plan to process the refund per their own guarantee in writing (email from their support team below). I checked my credit card account on 12/30/16 and there is no refund. This may be a sham company. I'm not sure.
Regardless, I was promised a full refund in writing on 12/14/16 (pasted below) if I completed the first 3 weeks of work. I did that and I still do not have my refund. In summary, I purchased the online course in full for $1,997 on December 9th, completed the first 3 weeks of action items, took action in the program by being on the weekly calls and participating in the private Facebook group and then on December 23rd requested a full refund in writing per their very own instruction - below. On December 30, 2016, I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I thought I'd post on here to share my poor experience with this company. Do not do business with this company. They have had more than 1 week to respond to me and have not done so. Katie replied Dec 14, 6:41pm This program comes with a 30-day action-based guarantee, which was clear to you when you joined.
This was made clear on the webinar, sales page, order form, and terms and conditions which you accepted when you joined. In order to qualify for a refund you must do the coursework and take action in the program. We ask that you complete at least 3 weeks in full to qualify.
Please complete 3 weeks of action items and then submit your work to me here via email within 30 days of purchase and I will process this for you. Thanks!

Sam Ovens - Customer Support??
I have been patiently waiting for a response other than a computer automated one for NINE days now... I figured because of the holidays, there would be a day or so lag.
But this is ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund because there is no way I am ready for a client within 30 days. There is too much research to do. I have all of my "homework" completed and ready to send in for my proof.
I just need an actual person to speak to that will explain how to go about doing that. There are no phone numbers to call..
Just a shotty email "support team". Please work on your customer response time..

Sam Ovens - Unclear garauntee
I purchased the accelerated consulting program in hopes to get a client within 42 days! I did not, so I requested a refund because per their garauntee, I would recieve a full money back garauntee if I did not get a client within 42 days.
Great, sounds promising, sign me up. I followed the program with no success so I decided to inquire about the refund. I was then prompted with a respons that I was out of their 30 day refund window (but what about 42 day garauntee?). Even with this 30 day policy, I was only 1 day over because I was unaware since it is only stated in the fine print.
Shame on me for believing the garauntee and shame on your company for being misleading. I just want my refund, I put my hard earned money into this and made nothing back.
REFUND! Bad Customer Service; 2 days no response, or any confirmation that email was received
IGNORED REFUND REQUEST : I emailed them over 48 hours ago with all of the action items completed as requested. No response or confirmation of receiving my message's arrival to the support team.
Seeking resolution ASAP! Falsely advertised, no where in the webinar did he say that in order to complete refund ( HIDDEN ACTION BASED REFUND ) you needed to do SO much work. I did the work, and now they wont answer, how convenient for them as the policy states they will respond within 48hours MAX for customer service and the refund "action items" need to be submitted 48hours before the 30th day and they dont respond after 4pm or on weekends. Beware..
misleading marketing/advertising. 1 star review * upset because this just wasn't for me and this was supposed to be a risk free test drive to try my first business but ended up just frustrating and causing me stress ;do to hidden contingencies to receive my money back.

Refund was promised but never received
We asked for the refund within about one week of getting the program, we found it impossible to understand. Since then, I have tried to comply with all of your requests, but with great difficulty, and you have largely ignored my many requests.
We asked for a refund with about one week of getting the program, but we were asked for p
We have tried, since August this year (2016), to obtain a refund. I bought this course for my wife who has been in food service for many years and wanted to start a consulting business.
When we opened the course, we found it was way too difficult for her to use, given her limited computer experience. Still, the response was we had to complete the first 3 weeks to get the refund. Although that did not make any sense for someone with limited computer skills, I took it upon myself to go through the first 3 weeks as if I were my wife. When I explained I had completed the first three weeks, I was told to send in my "homework" for review.
At that time, Dell Computer was "helping" me with a new computer I was using and managed to delete all of my files, making it impossible to send in my files. I explained that, but all I received was a "canned" response that they had to have the files to issue a refund. Around that time, my wife had a stroke and ended up in the hospital and a rehab center for a couple of months. Again, I explained to Sam Ovens's staff our situation, and again I simply received a canned response to send in the files.
When I pointed out their insensitivity, they did say they were sorry about what had happened to my wife, but they could not issue a refund without the files. Despite my better judgment, I did once more go through the first 3 weeks of the program and taking notes, and sent it all in. And received no more response. I followed up every couple of weeks for a month or two, but nothing.
Those who claim this is a scam are probably right. Vegard

Sam Ovens - Contradictory Policy, False Advertising, Next Stop, Federal Trade Commission
I took part in this product in August of 2016, but had a extenuating circumstance that required my funds from the account that the Sam Ovens company was linked to--when asked to cancel my subscription, they denied the request and took money from the account, unauthorized, thus over drawing the account in question. Now, I wanted to cancel and a refund, as per them violating me as a customer and consumer.
We are beyond the 30 day sham refund policy, (noted because the company requires you put in that much "work" before you are "allowed" to ask for a refund, which they will then refuse to give you.") Customer service is extremely difficult, almost impossible to deal with--email only, which is shady to never provide a phone number or human point of contact. Also, know that stating that one does not need to be an accredited coach or have any certifications to do this type of work, i.e. consulting, is bizarre, as many industries are highly regulated and require certifications, licences, and expertise beyond the advice of a so-called Facebook guru who simply buys more ad space than the average snake oil salesman. That being said, the "Sham" Ovens company has since been taking my money, but I have no access to the product or Facebook group, all part of the purchased product--now we are in the realm of fraud, and I am being told that I am outside of the "window" of refund.
Which is ridiculous, because it is a customer service transaction and they have not, in any way, been meeting expectation set by the ads, webinars, etc, so I should be due a refund, since I was requesting one cordially. If you feel the same, please don't waste time with them, as it appears more effective to lodge complaints with regulators who have authority to monitor the activities of these online peddlers. Sam Ovens will NOT refund your money, no matter what hoops your jump through. And I never ask for refunds.
I had only asked that I be able to cancel future payments. Now I am asking for a refund, due to the way the company has behaved in giving me the run around and being so dismissive, accessing my bank account without permission, etc.

Fraudulent Claim, Misleading, Dishonest and Not Responsive
This program is flawed, misleading and it exaggerates what it says. Also, bad customer service as there's no confirmation email about the ticket submitted, contradictory to what it claims.
I signed up for this program hoping to start a consulting business like it promised. However I now feel like scammed as this program is definitely NOT for everyone. The whole program is a use of marketing strategy to get as many people in as possible. This is definitely NOT worth the money and that I was wooed into the program.
There are many things I can address that Sam was not being completely honest. First of all, he said that the program will be filled within a couple of hours and that he only accepts 100 people. However, this is a false claim as his program is still open and that his intention was to get as many people into the program as possible. His words are exaggerating and misleading, e.g.
he promised that he can get people to 6 figures in 6 weeks and that anyone can do it. This is misleading and he is trying to create the momentum for people to get into his program and pay $2000 USD, which is definitely NOT worth the money.
I am very DISSATISFIED about the program and it's underlying real intention is to woo people. I request a full refund and I do NOT recommend people into this program.

Sam Ovens - Highly deceptive guarantee, incomplete program, false claims.
I have seen multiple claims by Ovens Enterprises that the 30-day refund window is made clear throughout the sales process, as well as having been told so by support, but I assure you it is NOT. It is completely glossed over and misrepresented in the sales webinar.
I purchased this program after watching Sam's webinar, for two main reasons: first, he claimed this program could work for anyone regardless of experience level or industry. Second, he very clearly stated that if you completed the work and followed instructions and didn't get a client, a full refund would be issued along with an additional $100. Fast forward three months, after spending hundreds of hours and investing well over $1000 in subscriptions, Facebook ads etc, I finally decided that this program was not for me. I requested a refund and was told that there was a 30-day window, which was NOT mentioned in the webinar or present in any of the emails I received.
The program is a six-week course, which is 42 days, so a 30-day refund period is directly contradictory to basic logic. I stated these objections and support responded with links to the terms and conditions, which had not been made available to me previously. This kind of deception is completely unethical and unacceptable. The claims that it can work for anyone are also unsubstantiated and misleading.
In fact, members of the Facebook group have created their own coaching programs specifically for members of this program because it is so inadequate for beginners. The information is somewhat useful, however it is seriously outdated (has not been updated in three years) and there are multiple videos missing.
I wish I had read some of the reviews on this site prior to spending $2400 USD on this program - Sam preaches lofty ethics and "business karma" throughout the program but apparently doesn't practice them in his own affairs. If you choose to purchase this program, BEWARE of the claims, take everything with a grain of salt, and request a copy of the terms and conditions rather than believing the guarantees made in the webinar.

Sam ovens consulting accelerator is a great program for those who want to do phone consulting and online marketing. The 1 hour consulting accelerator webinar before you sign up is masterfully created to seem like it is perfect for all comers but this is not true.
Yes to some degree it may work for other things but sams focus is on webinars and phone consulting he just says it works for everything else to. I feel like this was not the product i was lead to believe. I was in a desperate place and was eating up everything he said. Make sure you are aware that its in USD this is not made clear either.
i thought i was buying a 2 thousand dollar product not like 3.5 lol. I requested a refund and sent the work i have done up to this point but they do not reply by email and are probably just waiting for the 30 day refund period to expire. Getting up to week 3 done in 30 days is extremely unrealistic for most people unless you have all the free time in the world. The 30 day refund policy is also not made clear unless you specifically ask about it to so most people just assume its a money back guarantee but its really not.
Like i said if you are interested in webinars, phone consultation and online marketing this is great for you but i was looking for a more one on one training as i am a personal trainer and do in person consulting. Make sure you are 100% aware what you are getting into and know that unless you have allot of free time you wont be able to get done what they ask of you to get the refund within 30 days.

AVOID Sam Ovens!!!
I did not find their material useful. In their initial video, they promise a full refund if you watch the first few lessons, do some exercises and still don't like program.
I watched the videos, did the coursework and submitted exactly as they outline in their refund policy but they completely ignored my refund request. All they did was turn off my access to their videos, ignore me and keep my money. They list no phone numbers so you can't call them and they completely ignored all of my emails for a refund. Since they ignore you there is no way to get your money back.
However, as soon as I requested a refund from VISA they were magically very responsive to VISA but still not to me. They sent VISA a 33 page packet outlining all of the reasons I should not receive a refund. Their pushback to VISA is designed to make sure that you will not get a refund.
They will fight with Visa to keep your money. I would avoid anything to do with Sam Ovens.

Ovens Enterprises - Sam Ovens Refund Policy Review
Be warned - the refund policy only lasts for 30 days.
I found this out too late!
I'd signed up for the course with the premise to make myself a better online consultant as an adjunct to what I do.
It took my several weeks to get through week 1. I reviewed this as a process and realized I wasn't suited to it and it wasn't for me.
So I sent in an email saying as much and got told the above.
The one thing I remember Sam saying was if you can't make this work for you, you will get your money back.
BE CAREFUL BUYING INTO THIS COURSE.
You may end up in my position with an ill suited course and no refund.
Refund Request Ignored - Please DON'T SCAM ME
I do not ever write reviews, but after a week of trying to receive contact back from Sam Oven's support team regarding a refund request I have had absolutely NO contact from them with except a "received your email we will get back to you within 1 business day, but if we are busy it could take up to 3 business days so please do not email again". I have had absolutely NO response from Sam Ovens at all and I want my refund.
Their refund policy is clear and a customer must make an effort to do their training for each module which is defined as week1, week 2, week 3. I made a significant effort in each of the weeks, however quickly determined the Sam Ovens style of selling and this type of business is not right for me and I am looking for 100% refund.
Without getting nasty in this review, all I am requesting is for the support team to contact me and to issue me a refund of which I am deserved ASAP. The concern for me is a customer only has 30 days to request the refund and time is ticking. I also do not appreciate the lack of communication and response from this company, which makes me very nervous of the credibility of the program. I also just want my money back in my bank account and NOT Sam Oven's.
At this stage, I would NOT recommend Sam Ovens Consulting Accelerator program and should they respond to this review in a favorable fashion in the very near future I would be happy to reply to my criticism.
You say customer satisfaction is important to your organization and I would appreciate you standing by what you say.
