This customer asked for a refund on September 17th which was a Saturday. The customer was informed that we respond to support tickets within 72hrs excluding weekends. The customer then posted this negative comment on September 19th. The customer did not give our company 72hrs to respond to his request even though we made this clear. I emailed billing at sam ovens for a refund of the consulting accelerator. I was at my 30 days and knew this was not for me at thia time in life. I will be pcsing, which is a mandatory military move. No one has even sent a email to address my refund. I just keep receiving the automated emails for more payments.This is crazy! This customer asked for a refund on September 16 and we refunded them on September 19th. When the customer submitted their ticket we informed them that it takes up to 72hrs to process refunds however the customer decided to post this comment online after less than 24hrs. I signed up with the Sam Ovens consultant accelerator program. He said that it was only available for a set amount of time, so when I didn't hear anything back after that time had passed, I contacted them. I was told there was no record of me ever having purchased the program and they did not know what I was talking about. This customer signed up for our program September 2nd at 09:30 AM and didn't get login details to access the content. The customer contacted our support team September 2nd at 09:30 AM and we responded at 10:30 AM only 1 hour after they contacted us. This customer signed up and entered the wrong email which is why they didn't get their login details immediately. The customer posted online before contacting our support staff. As soon as the customer contacted our support staff we fixed the problem immediately and the customer is now fully satisfied and this matter is resolved. Read more

This customer contacted us while we were in the middle of a big promotion and we didn't respond to their support ticket fast enough. The customer submitted the ticket and then complained online 3 days after because we still hadn't responded to the ticket. This is our fault 100% and we take full responsibility for dropping the ball with this one. The customer has now been contacted and refunded as requested. Read more
